Meet Archie
At just 5 years old, Archie faces the world with courage and resilience. He lives with Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, is legally blind, and experiences emotional regulation challenges. Despite this, his laughter and light shine through.
Why an Assistance Dog?
A specially trained seizure-alert assistance dog will empower Archie with:
- Early seizure alerts to keep him safe during episodes
- Mobility support to boost confidence and reduce falls
- Emotional calming during sensory overloads
🎉 Fundraising Milestone
$30,198 raised! As of September 2024, thanks to an incredible community effort. Donations are currently paused while Clare and the WAAT Dogs team begin matching Archie to the perfect companion.
(The organiser has temporarily disabled new donations on GoFundMe.)
“We have a meet and greet with the head trainer at WAAT Dogs in 2 weeks! This is the first step in getting matched with the perfect doggo for our little man. All this wouldn’t be possible without the mind-blowing support we’ve received.” — Clare Temperton, Organiser
